I have loved every beer from Les Trois. Pours a bright ruby red orange body with a two finger yellowish head. The nose is sweet and caramelly with a hint of toffee and grainy notes. Odd musty aroma...not awful. Light citrus hop aromas. The flavor has lemon and grapefruit hoppiness, but not too bitter. Sweet and caramel malts. Overall, well balanced and tasty.

Okay beer as a whole. Hazy color and caramel nose, this beer is not so bitter as it is malty (for an APA). Althought this beer is very drinkable, it fails to impress... A very standard experience from what I can tell.

Amber color with white head. Caramel, some hops, butter bead. Caramel malts and hoppy fruits in the taste. Very bitter finish. Smooth mouthfeel.

Tap at Erzbierschof. Impressive malty aroma and taste, matching hoppy bitterness. Very nice APA!

Pours a cloudy amber topped by two fingers of frothy white head showing great retention and lacing properties. The nose is very hoppy and citrusy with the Cascade upfront. Slight honey sweetness. The taste is, again, hops oriented with a sharp grassy/ herbal attack lead by the Cascade. Somewhat soapy and resinous, not overwhelming but potent and very dry. Strong palate on this brew. Very long grassy and resinous finish. Pretty good. Cheers!

375 ml bottle. Courtesy of Timo A. Merci! Cloudy golden colour with a tiny off-white head. Aroma of fruity hops, satsumas, sweetness, mild bitterness and dryness. Malt. The flavour is citrus, grass and fruity hops, fruity sweetness, malt and dryness. Nice. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle bought directly at the brewery, thanks to my brother. Aroma: caramel, mild citrus aroma, grapefruits, cereals. App: clear copper with medium frothy head and some lacing. Taste and palate: creamy then oily, light-medium body, light sweetness with medium long bitter finish. Carbonation is average. Overall: bottle was clearly left with a direct light (probably at my house) as it smelled skunky, that sure changed my appreciation of this beer. Appearance was nice though.
