My Bottom Line:
Super clean 2-row malt flavors ride this Golden Ale’s fearless bubbling, ending in a diplomatic leafy hop bow.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam covers the pale blond.
-The simple malt profile (get it?) is pleasant, but rather forgettable. This is obviously crafted to be an entry-level blond.
-Hops could be more prominent throughout.
-Carbonation is really prickly; this is a quenching brew, but that effervescence might be a tad overdone.
Bottle at their wine bar.
