The taste reminds me of biting into a perfectly ripe apple. It?s delicious! Not too overpowering with the acidity, but not light on it either. It?s not the best cider I have had (their other ones are even better), but it is a good one one nonetheless, and an easy one to knock back.

pours clear very pale hay without a head, small-sized bubbles. fresh but shy apples - very subtle but nice, mostly apple skin, red skin, some flowers, light yogurty and lactosey, light acidity, creamy foundation (!). soft carbonation, light to medium body - almost oily, lightly sweet and lightly acidic finish - balanced.

Une bouteille transparente. Une robe jaune et sa mousse qui ne se montre qu’au versement. Un nez occupé par la douceur des fruits et par des effluves de fleurs de pommiers. Au goût, les pommes, qui sont à la fois sucrées et acidulées, se marient à des saveurs de raisins blancs et de melon mielleux. En bouche, des bulles qui dansent sur es papilles. Un corps presque huileux. Une finale légère avec des notes de pommes qui ne me font que légèrement saliver.

Bottle. Pours a clear golden straw color. Big sweet apples, slight vinous notes but more of a soft acidity really. That same tart acidity on the nose that ice ciders get, but not as thick and succulent. Medium bodied, small lively carbonation. Oily almost, with a nice acidic balance. Nice and subtle, easy drinking. Finishes up with a slow apple peel note.
