COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Google translation: Its green color yellow is already a dynamic omen. On the nose, aromas of pears, peaches and fresh apples. Frank, lively and well balanced on the palate, it reveals notes of honeydew melon, Asian pear and green grapes. The slow development carefully concentrated flavors, freshness and crispness delicious forbidden fruit! Refreshing, less stodgy than a beer, frankly this interesting Original fill fine passionately curious mouths. The quality of his presence makes it an evening choice of ingredient, perfect to whip up a kir, variegated or an amazing Black Velvet (black beer cider).

UPDATED: FEB 12, 2013 I like this cider! It has a nice, almost clear colour to it. The taste reminds me of biting into a perfectly ripe apple. It?s delicious! Not too overpowering with the acidity, but not light on it either. It?s not the best cider I have had (their other ones are even better), but it is a good one one nonetheless, and an easy one to knock back.

341ml clear twist off. This one smells like squash and vegetables. The flavor in unredeeming, an overpriced and poor cidre.

Pale yellow. Small head. Sweet Apple and pear forward with a grape skin and honey aroma. Good mouthfeel sparkling water and champagne. The taste is pretty sweet for me finish is dry. Good for a draft cider offering

On tap at Bateau de Nuit. Pours a clear yellow and looks completely still. Nose is of sweet apples and something that I associate with bread yeast (doesn’t take too much place, though). Taste is of a good apple pie but without too much sweetness. It isn’t completely dry, though. Body is medium and carbonation medium-high giving it a juicy mouthfeel. Good.

On tap @ Le Saint-Bock. Clear and very pale yellow with no head and no lacing. Aroma is very mild with light apple notes and hints of tartness. Taste is also very mild with light apples, light acidity and very light notes of white grapes. Light body. Very soft carbonation. Slightly dry finish. Short aftertaste. Not the tastiest Cider, but I could easily drink a gallon of this.

(Rating #5064)

Pretty typical and adequate cider. Nothing too interesting, but nothing to complain about either.

pours clear very pale hay without a head, small-sized bubbles. fresh but shy apples - very subtle but nice, mostly apple skin, red skin, some flowers, light yogurty and lactosey, light acidity, creamy foundation (!). soft carbonation, light to medium body - almost oily, lightly sweet and lightly acidic finish - balanced.
