COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Its lemon-green color already gives away an indication of its liveliness. Appealing fruity aromas of pears, peaches and fresh apples. Frank and well balanced in the mouth, it reveals notes of honey melon, Asian pear and green grapes. The slow elaboration process allows to capture and concentrate the apple’s lovely fragrance, freshness and crispness. Thirst quenching and lighter than beer, this interesting Original will satisfy fine palates and flavor seekers. The quality of its presence also makes it a great choice in the evening, perfect to jazz up a kir, a panache or yet, an amazing Black Velvet (black beer over cider).

On draft at du de Ciel in Montreal. Pours a clear pale gold. Aroma of sliced green apples. Flavors of apple brown betty. Crisp, clean finish.

341ml clear twist off. This one smells like squash and vegetables. The flavor in unredeeming, an overpriced and poor cidre.

Pale yellow. Small head. Sweet Apple and pear forward with a grape skin and honey aroma. Good mouthfeel sparkling water and champagne. The taste is pretty sweet for me finish is dry. Good for a draft cider offering

On tap at Bateau de Nuit. Pours a clear yellow and looks completely still. Nose is of sweet apples and something that I associate with bread yeast (doesn’t take too much place, though). Taste is of a good apple pie but without too much sweetness. It isn’t completely dry, though. Body is medium and carbonation medium-high giving it a juicy mouthfeel. Good.

On tap @ Le Saint-Bock. Clear and very pale yellow with no head and no lacing. Aroma is very mild with light apple notes and hints of tartness. Taste is also very mild with light apples, light acidity and very light notes of white grapes. Light body. Very soft carbonation. Slightly dry finish. Short aftertaste. Not the tastiest Cider, but I could easily drink a gallon of this.
