COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Red flesh variety of apple, the Geneva gives the sparkling cider SELECTION GENEVA ROSE a unique flavor and orange body. Its refreshingly pure character and citrusy finish delight the senses. Semi-dry, it goes remarkably well with fresh pasta, light cheese and tapas.

Purchased on September 17, 2013, at Lafrance. Orange rosé, quite sparkling. Aroma of apples geneva dry but floral. The taste is very sour and really dry, is close to sparkling wine that is less sweet than other sparkling cider. You can not get drier that this!

[4693-20120817] 375mL bottle. Light strawberries aroma. Clear, light pink orange body with no lasting head. Light apple strawberry fruit flavour is a little tart. Medium body. Good, fun to try. (7/3/6/3/14) 3.3

Overheard: "I’m tired of old white men telling me what to do with my uterus." "So you’re Republican?"

2012-08-17. Pinkish orange body is headless. Sweet fruity aroma, notes of strawberry, a sweet almost vanilla like quality but not quite. 7+ Similar flavour, quite fruity, mild strawberry, with odd sort of mild leafy undertones. 7+ Smooth average plus to medium bodied palate. 3+ Quite enjoyable. Bottle, 2012 Vintage, Campground Brewdown 2012

Bottle of the 2010. Pours a clear rose pinkish orange. Softly acidic apples, long cool sweetness, a touch of yeast. Very delicate, light sweetness initially, mellows out and then turns into big tart note. Lovely tartness, dries out big time, and then a small warming alcohol note on the finish. Vague lingering hints of apple sugar follow the alcohol.
