On tap at Espace Public. The color is a hazy amber with a thick beige head. The aroma is of hops citrus fruits grapefruit mostly. The taste also hops dry hops, citrus fruits, malt for the sweetness. The aftertaste has a nice bitterness to it that an I.P.A should have nice job.

Bien.

Drank on tap (20 oz) at the brewpub on January 22, 2012. Orange amber, thin head. Slightly sweet aroma of hops, with a little greenery. Taste of peaches and herb hops, slightly dry, bitter peaches and herbs. A simple but well-hopped IPA, it has promise!

On tap at brewpub. First batch.
Appearance : Clear amber with small creamy head. Great lacing.
Aroma : Malty and slightly citrusy. A bit piny too.
Taste : Fruity and slightly piny with light malt. Citrusy finish with medium bitterness. Nice sharp finish.
Palate : Carbonation could be a bit more softer. Felt a little bit aggressive.
Overall : Nice stuff. Nice appearance, nice head and nice lacing. Nice hoppy aroma and taste with malt and fruits. Very promising. The brewer told me he didn’t use any dry-hopping in this first batch but he intends on doing so in the upcoming batches. I’ll re-rate !
