COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Leute Bok ale is a dark red heavy beer, top fermented and refermented in the bottle. The aroma and taste is unique and striking, not too sweet, but full and smooth on the tongue.

Poured from bottle. Aroma is quite mild, a bit of malt and earthy. Pours a dark red. Has a mild bitter taste. Medium body, thin texture, soft carbonation, with a slight bitter finish. It is an ok beer, but I like other Belgian Ales more.

Light aroma, full of sweetness. Quite watery at first, reminds me little bit of coca-cola. Doesn’t have this something... but overall very enjoyable and nice beer.

Dubbel (certainly not a true Bock) since 1997 and named after a bottom-fermented real ’bock’ this brewery made till the twenties. Served in a tumbler without a foot, held by a wooden holder. Yeasty, malty profile with honeyish and caramelly malt sweetness, bready, sweet, some resinous spiciness, drying in the finish. Bit one-dimensional and unrefined, like most of their beers.

Pours cola brown into a tulip glass with 2 finger ivory head. Aromas of multigrain bread and honey, not too much else. Tastes sweet, with raisins, light honey, multigrain toast, then finishing with some light dryness and bitterness. Medium bodied. Not very complex but enjoyable.

Ik ben normaal niet voor Bokbier aangezien die meestal niet veel smaak hebben, maar dit was één van de betere dat ik ooit geprobeerd heb
