COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Leute Bok ale is a dark red heavy beer, top fermented and refermented in the bottle. The aroma and taste is unique and striking, not too sweet, but full and smooth on the tongue.

330ml bottle. Beautiful hazy amber body, good mocha head, decent retention and enough lacing. Aroma of sweet caramel and yeast, toasted rye bread, dried fruits. Taste is exactly what you would expect from the nose: yeast, toasted rye bread, caramel, dried fruits, and a late hop bitterness. Medium carbonation. Probably the best that I tasted so far from Van Steenberge.

Very special glass, be careful, in case of toppling. Nice caramel aroma like chocolate, bitter sweet in the mouth. Strong carbonation. Good!

Caramel and nuts aroma. It begins with almost no taste, then the alcohol appears and brings a sweet taste.

Entre une brune et une noire, plutôt originale, mais pas ma bière préférée non plus du lot Cauette.

Bottle at home. Rich dark brown, good lasting head and crystal clear. Bags of sweetish roast malt and rich ripe berry fruits blended perfectly. Quite heavy, a winter beer really.
