COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Leute Bok ale is a dark red heavy beer, top fermented and refermented in the bottle. The aroma and taste is unique and striking, not too sweet, but full and smooth on the tongue.

Entre une brune et une noire, plutôt originale, mais pas ma bière préférée non plus du lot Cauette.

Bottle at home. Rich dark brown, good lasting head and crystal clear. Bags of sweetish roast malt and rich ripe berry fruits blended perfectly. Quite heavy, a winter beer really.

330ml and 750ml bottle in Alt Strasse, Gijón, many years ago. From old notes.
In short: a nice belgian ale.
Pours dark copper with nice tah head. Moderate head retention and lacing. Liquorice, malty, caramel, spicy aromas. Taste follows the nose. Enjoyed the flatless bottomed glasses.

Deep dark brown color with a nice off-white head. Aroma is malty and notes of roasted malt. Flavor is like aroma with notes of yeast and toffee. Low carbonation and medium body with a light bitter finish

Bottle into a tulip. Pours a really nice reddish color with a fluffy white head. Malty sweetness and raisins on the nose. Fairly thin mouthfeel. Malty taste with a touch of raisins and plums, with some alcohol. No bitterness at all. Not a bad beer overall, but I doubt I’d buy it again.
