Our lightest beer, a golden colored, aromatic, top fermented brew that is light in body but not on the palate. It is brewed with pale malts and 10% malted white wheat in ’Kolsch’ style to produce a clear, delicate and refreshing character beer.

Can: Light golden color with an ample offwhite head. Not much to the aroma, mostly malt and grain, but a refreshing taste. Florals go well with the malt and it finishes clean and crisp.

On tap, Sacajawea Hotel, Three Forks MT. Pours a light gold, thin head. Nose is slight hop, malt. Bitter, very light body. Hard to call it a true kolsh, most are very recognizable. Alright light beer.

Can. Medium golden with a whispywhite head. Aroma is bready malts with subtle citrus hops. Soft mouthfeel with malts that taste of brewers cereal and light toast, and a lovely gentle tropical fruit hop kiss. Unassuming and very nice.
