Appearance: Dropped off at the open air table a faintly hazed, copper-toned body with a scant, white head.
Smell: A composite aroma made up of notes smelling of pale malted barley, light caramel, and citrus peels.
Taste: Simple, humble pale malted barley with no more than a minor touch of caramel sweetness. Pithy, lightly fruity citrus taste. Medium bitterness. A bit of pine. Finishes expectedly dry with a little bitter lingering into the aftertaste.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation.
Drinkability: You’ll find no bells and whistles here, just a basic pale ale.
