A Mes rate: Gravicask at Ealing Beer Festival.
Golden brown with a very slight bubbly rim. Bland aroma; slight fruity malt is about all that’s there. A little more going on in the mouth but only slightly. More fruity malt with some very slight bitterness on the finish. Bland as hell.

Cask (handpump), Lord Raglan brewpub, Nangreaves, nr Bury. A good place to visit to try a number of the beers brewed on the premises - unlike many brewpubs, it carries a full range of the beers (7 on my visit). This is not one of the more assertive ones. Its a decent enough, amber coloured, clean session bitter, with moderate bitterness and a touch of malt, but there’s nothing to really grab the attention. But it is a session bitter so you wouldn’t expect anything out of the ordinary and it slips down nicely.
