(Can 33 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Pale golden with tiny impurities and a small, white, dissipating head. Quite sweet malt accents in the aroma. Thin body with a rather low carbonation and sweet notes of malt. Very subdued bitterness - the hops are pretty much absent actually. 171207

12 ounce can. Pours a pale yellow colour with a medium short lasting white head. Weak grainy, rice mouldy aroma. Very thin mouthfeel. The flavour is rather weak, bit sweet with grains and some bitter hops and rice. Hardly any finish. Thanks a lot for this new country yespr!

A piss yellow beer with a fizzy snow white head. Grain and a bit of hop in the aroma with a weak hint of cheese. Thin fizzy flavor, some hop and grain and a slightly metallic edge. Drikable and forgetable. Thanks yespr for new country!

[Sampled at Tashi restaurent in Lhasa with Anne Maj.] Tasting beer in the height of 3700 meters in these holy circumstances makes your karma more than good, lets say it’s close to nirvana of the BeerBuddha! Try it and you’ll return with praise.

2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
UPDATED: MAY 15, 2009 Bottle tasted in several bars and restaurants in Lhasa. Very typical chineese beer, pale yellow witht a thin head. Aroma is grain and it is pretty much the same for the taste. As much as Tibet and Lhasa are high in colour, this is pretty plain.

Canned. Clear pale yellow, airy head. Fruity artificial raspberry aroma. Sweet and light bodied with some rice syrup. No bitterness. Simplistic lager in the typical Chinese style.

From the can. Pretty standard Chinese-made swill. APale yellow, thin quickly disapating white head with a slightly fruity aroma. Very mildly carbonated beer-ish flavor. A prime example of the first Boble Truth Of Buddhism.
