Bottle in the VIP tent at WBF Durham. Only reason I bothered was it was a new rate and a new country! Straw yellow pour. Short white head. Aroma is that of light grass, soft corny notes, sweet malt and cereal grains. Taste is sweet malts, grassy hops, light honeyish flavors, cereal grains and light fruit. Body is light to light-medium with a fizzy, prickly carbonation. Ends with more grain, corny sweetness, light biscuit, grass and soft honey. Not too terrible.

( 12oz bottle thanks to bu11zeye) Pours super pale with no head. Nose of honey and corn. Taste has no sweetness almost at all despite the honey aroma. Corn style beer here in terms of the taste.

bottle thanks to bu11zeye. pale yellow with a few white bubbles. not much on the nose. tasted like water and was a tad bit thinner with hints of bread.

Thanks to chickencoop for the extra. Reviewed from notes. Pours a golden color with a white head and a bit of lacing. The nice brings a bit of pepper and spice, zesty hops, and a bit of light grain. The flavor is mostly grain with a bit of spice and some mild bitterness. Crisp carbonation on a light body. Drinks fairly well, but nothing truly special about it. 12 oz bottle thanks to bu11zeye. I wonder if this beer is some kind of propaganda by the Chinese government to suggest pacific relations in Tibet. Anyway, a clear golden color with a medium white head. A sweet and fresh honey and malt aroma. The flavor is decent; sweet malts, grainy and easygoing. Not bad at all. Like a E European pale lager.

Can from Beijing, 3.8% ABV. Light yellow colored with little vanishing white head. Skunky and somehow weird flowery aromatic aroma, lemon and cardboard also here, not too good. Thin to medium bodied. Flavor is same with skunkiness in start, grass and lemon too. Can not finish.

12oz bottle from Keg and Barrel in Plano good to meet another Ratebeerian working at a great store. Pours golden bubbly with a bright white ring. Nose is sweet and light. Taste is pretty typical for an asian pale lager albeit maybe a tad more tasty.

Bottle courtesy of bu11zeye. Clear light yellow. Subtle hint of butter. Warm and a bit of salt. Bland taste with a feeling of dove soap. Better than lifebuoy I suppose. Soft.
