2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 Thorpe429 (3542) - Alexandria, Virginia, USA - MAR 19, 2011
Thanks to chickencoop for the extra. Reviewed from notes.
Pours a golden color with a white head and a bit of lacing. The nice brings a bit of pepper and spice, zesty hops, and a bit of light grain. The flavor is mostly grain with a bit of spice and some mild bitterness. Crisp carbonation on a light body. Drinks fairly well, but nothing truly special about it.

Bottle another new country for me. Skunky aroma on the nose. Yellow body with white head. Good bittering and has that lemon zest zip to it. Good lawmower beer as most would say.

Bottle. Pours clear yellow with a sudsy white head. Aroma of bread, floral hops and a little nuttiness. Light body, watery texture, fine carbonation. Lightly sweet taste with the same elements as the aroma.Floral/grassy and lightly spicy finish.
2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 yemenmocha (657) - Glendale, Arizona, USA - FEB 5, 2010
Pours pale golden with good clarity, and medium sized white head that recedes to a thin rim. Nose has a whiff of cereal-grain malt. Light malt on the palate as well, with not a lot of balancing hops. Clean and easy drinking, inoffensive, but also a bit uninspiring - even with its noble origin.

Bottle from the Arlington Whole Foods. Light yellow pour with a fizzy white head. Aroma is weak, but sweet, grainy, and almost hoppy. Taste is light grain, a little hops, slightly fruity, but mostly just a light grain taste. Great finish.

Bottle from ericandersnavy. Thanks for a new country! It’s really gonna help my geostats map. Pours very light gold with a huge frothy white head. Typical light grass and grain aromas. Fresh. Near medium body with not too strong carbonation. It has not got a lot of flavor, but there is grassiness on through the finish. Best for dealing with food.
