750ml bottle found at a supermarket outside of Paris. Appearance is just okay, a little head, a lot of bubbles, foggy light orange. Aroma of mostly pears and some apples, sour apples, wood. Flavour is that of very soft pears with a very soft finish. Very unintruding and not very complex.

Bottle. Pours with a essentially clear, deeper golden hue with quite a bit of carbonation. Bubbly white head lasts for the better part of a minute. Aromas are very funky in the Normandy style. Brett, chlorophenolic bandaid and rubber. Barnyard, sulfur, light appley sweetness. Flavors are medium sweet, and typical of Normandy cider levels. Juicy. A bit more alcohol presence than most ciders from the region. Decent funk, crisp apple, hay and barnyard. Very lively carbonation, medium dry. An earthy finish with light tannins.
