GirlyBeer (178), Biddeford, Maine, USA Aug 19, 2007 Tea colored with a nice head. Hoppy aroma. Smooth and creamy. Hoppy flavor, a little too much for me.

BigBen2120 (555), Gardiner(52 miles from Allagash), Maine, USA Aug 10, 2006 Accuse me of being partial, like with Kennebec Brewing, but I was impressed with this brewer in general and this beer specifically. Amber color with thin white head. Smells slightly hoppy. Tastes mostly like bananas. Sweet with hints of hops and a light body. Tasty and refreshing. Definitely something I WILL be getting again! ruggedman (416), Portland, Maine, USA Jun 17, 2006 Aroma is dingy hops and musty cellar. Perhaps they don’t use the freshest hops here. Thin, tangy mouthfeel, unfilitered gold color. Taste is similar to Andrew’s EPA up here, but the construction of this brew is much more rough. The beer would be great if they could use fresh hops to get rid of the metallic dingy flavors.
