Aug 10, 2006 Accuse me of being partial, like with Kennebec Brewing, but I was impressed with this brewer in general and this beer specifically. Amber color with thin white head. Smells slightly hoppy. Tastes mostly like bananas. Sweet with hints of hops and a light body. Tasty and refreshing. Definitely something I WILL be getting again!

Nov 4, 2003 <i>On tap at the Great Lost Bear.</i><br /><br />Hazy orangey-brown; husky malt aroma with lemon, ginger and coriander notes. Moderately bitter body carries brown sugar, lemon/grapefruit, whole wheat toast (what dabosk would call "organic"). Finish carries through the theme of woody bitterness interlaced with toasty notes.

Aug 9, 2005 Clear golden color with a thin white head. Aroma of spicy hops and caramel. Flavor of spicy hops and caramel with a mild bitter finish. Light to medium body, oily texture and soft carbonation.

Jul 23, 2007 Off-white head with nice lacing, atop clear amber body. Aroma is medium sweet, caramel, earthy. Taste is medium sweet, earthy, some caramel, light lemon. Light-medium body, light resin.
