3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Cask conditioned at The Royal Oak, Oxford. Amber with white head. This is quite a bitter and dry beer with an earthy, slightly muddy flavoured beer. Lasting on the palate, a hint of citrus perhaps but fairly basic mostly. Itís ok.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bright golden orange body. Thin but lasting white head. Metallic and orange aroma. Tight and tangy initial taste, not a mass of flavour. Smooth oily faint carbonation. Tickly biscuit finish and fresh hopish finish.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
23 nov 3012, bottle. Light amber, clear, some sediment. Nose is orange rind, tree bark, and something that reminds me of pickles. Thin body and moderately fizzy. Very dry grapefruit rind, faintly oily, pithy. Nice but a bit astringent.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Cask at Garden Gate Hampstead. Amber golden colour, slightly cloudy, white creamy head. Aroma lots of malt and a bit of stink. Lots of grain and a bit of apple. Taste, bit apple juice, only a touch of bitterness, which soon fades. Some fruitiness, but not really very IPA like. Quite smooth though, and not a bad pint.
