Scopey (7444) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - DEC 5, 2014
Cask at the Post Horn. It pours pours clear amber with a decent white head. The nose is sweet orange citrus, candied peel, oily caramel, wood and sweet floral. The nose taste is firm bitterness, wood, peppery, pithy lemon, florals and some underlying sweetness, with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Rather nice nose to it and drinkable enough. OK.

Erzengel (3554) - Wuppertal, GERMANY - AUG 12, 2014
Cask @ Post Horn, St. Helier. Smooth and fresh beginning, intense and smooth. Fine hints of flowery hops. The mainpart is smooth, nice balanced malty with a nice floral bitterness. Not too sweet, but smooth fitting in! The aftertaste is fresh, easy to drink and still deep - nice sweetish maltiness with a subtle aroma of floral hops!
Much better than the bottled version!! 13/12/12/13

Very nice example of a British IPA. Nice fruity hop flavours which do not overpower the malts. Would be a great session beer.

Aroma: light caramel malts. Appearance:dark gold, medium to big white head. Taste: light sweet. Palate: some bitterness coming up. Overall: not bad Premium Bitter, or an English-style IPA... Pint at Craft Beer Rising festival, London.

pivnizub (9030) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - SEP 1, 2013
Cask(@ Windsor Castle, Kensington):Deep golden, hazy, mid-sized loose but persistent head, relatively sweetish nose of flowery and citrussy hops, toasted malt and a slight touch of cough syrup underneath; moderate dryish dryish bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied; not completely dry, but still dryish bitter-sweet flowery to herbal hoppy finish, some juicy malt detectable. Fine session beer…

Cask by handpump at Drum & Monkey, Glasgow - clear amber, thin creamy off-white head, fruity with caramel malt sweetness, some lacing, grassy herbal flavour, prolonged bitter hop aftertaste

imdownthepub (10654) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - AUG 3, 2013
Cask conditioned at The Royal Oak, Oxford. Amber with white head. This is quite a bitter and dry beer with an earthy, slightly muddy flavoured beer. Lasting on the palate, a hint of citrus perhaps but fairly basic mostly. It’s ok.

Weak gold colour. Flowery yet astringent taste, hard to pin down. Weak finish, thin mouthfeel.

McNeillR (1328) - SCOTLAND - JUL 4, 2013
Bright golden orange body. Thin but lasting white head. Metallic and orange aroma. Tight and tangy initial taste, not a mass of flavour. Smooth oily faint carbonation. Tickly biscuit finish and fresh hopish finish.

Cask, Nation Of Shopkeepers, Leeds
