COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This 2011 seasonal release showcases an extremely rare hop variety: whole NZ grown Chinook flowers. The flavour of these hops blend nicely with the ridiculous amount of carbohydrates put to use in this limited release ale.

Low carb? High carb! A lovely richly flavoured beer, which has one of the softest palates I have had in a beer. Complaint - hate zork closures, so much so it reduced my overall score.

Deep copper color. Smells like apple pie with some cherries. Full thick body. Full malty backbone. Smooth, but not so rounded, I think six to twelve months could help this beer. Moderate hops. Nice.
