UPDATED: DEC 2, 2010 Sampled on draft at the brewpub. Pours a clear pale yellow color with a thin head. The aroma is faint nutty and grainy notes. The taste is also grainy but with some sweet caramel and a lightly grassy finish. Thin bodied. Not terrible, but definitely one made for the masses.

Originally reviewed: 8/18/10. Had this on tap at the brewpub today with lunch. Came out a crystal clear pale gold with a thin white head on top. Some light lace stuck behind after each sip. The smell was pretty basic: some light grains, sweet honey, and just a touch of citrus. The body was crisp and clean; par for the style. Finished smooth. Nice creamy, mellow flavors. There’s a bit more depth to this than macro lagers. You can tell this is a craft offering. Bitterness was low, but that was expected. Slight lemon zest, mild hops and white bread. Not bad. Great for refreshment.

A pale blonde lager with a thin white head. In aroma, a light herbal malt with light off boiled veggie notes. In mouth, a sweet solventy malt with barely any hops, light bodied. On tap at the brewpub, August 14, 2011.

A solid craft lager with a biscuity aroma, grassy nobel hops and a balanced flavor profile. Pours light yellow with a one finger head and decent lacing. Medium bodied, this would pair with most bar food. Ideal match for a Cobb salad.
