Bottle from cellarbrations super store hami hill. Pours hazy orange with a creamy head. Carbonation is no mouthfeel is slightly watery. Aroma is grapes, slight mango, sweet honey and bread. Taste is wonderfully balanced. Has quite a bit of hop aggression that is balanced out by some sweet Malts. Taste is resinous, bitter grapefruit, wood and slight caramel. Finish is quite aggressive, dry and bitter. Awesome beer

UPDATED: JUL 12, 2015 Alluring tropical aroma in a golden amber pour. Lovely hop forward balance with a fruity twist in the body and a smooth, clean, bitter finish. An excellent local example of the style (APA).

500ml bottle pours a hazy yellow Amber color with a bit of head. Great easy going hop profile. Complexity of flavor. One of the best IPAs I've ever had.

Aroma of pine and grapes. There’s another sweet aroma I’m having trouble pinpointing. Flavor brings a mild fruitiness moving to a pine finish. The 7% alcohol is well hidden without any dominant flavors. Quite a smooth bitterness. No bite at all. Color is a rusty gold and presents a head of white and large bubbles.

Bottle, 11/10/2014. Copper pour, clear and sparkling, dense creamy head, good retention. Aroma is apricot, mango, soft pineapple, touch of white grape. Smells wonderful. Taste is tangerine, grapefruit, some biscuit notes, moderate to strong pine bitterness. Medium body, almost creamy consistency from the carbonation. Enjoyed this one a lot.

Big sauvin hit. Good balance. Classic sauvin flavoured hop hit with since nice bitterness, perhaps a bit astringent and palate wrecking. Good malt presence. Overall an awesome beer.

Pours a hazy golden peach with a thin white head. Extremely aromatic beer, huge tropical notes, apricot and grapefruit, cinnamon and spice with a big hit of pine. Big juicy malts give the strong fruity hops a great base. Floral, yet full of citrus and juicy stone fruits, with a hint of spiced olive tartness. The finish is bitter and yet refreshing, with toasty malts and good strong hop bitterness. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from Regional Wines & Spirits (Aug 2013). Slightly hazy dark golden, small white head, typical nelson sauvin fruity, grape characters, sweet caramel malt, nice balanced bitterness, light body, enjoyable.

Great showcase for Nelson Sauvin hops. Plenty on the nose, and a hint of malty sweetness compliments the tropical hop aroma. A tickle of bitterness in the finish, but somewhat lacking in punch. Would be great after a hot day's work.
