Strong hoppy aroma, crisp clean light taste, full of fruity flavours. I good beer to drink on a hot day.

Another great beer from Liberty. Lived up to its reputation. Good work Liberty.

Pours a hazy golden peach with a thin white head. Extremely aromatic beer, huge tropical notes, apricot and grapefruit, cinnamon and spice with a big hit of pine. Big juicy malts give the strong fruity hops a great base. Floral, yet full of citrus and juicy stone fruits, with a hint of spiced olive tartness. The finish is bitter and yet refreshing, with toasty malts and good strong hop bitterness. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from Regional Wines & Spirits (Aug 2013). Slightly hazy dark golden, small white head, typical nelson sauvin fruity, grape characters, sweet caramel malt, nice balanced bitterness, light body, enjoyable.

Great showcase for Nelson Sauvin hops. Plenty on the nose, and a hint of malty sweetness compliments the tropical hop aroma. A tickle of bitterness in the finish, but somewhat lacking in punch. Would be great after a hot day's work.

Looks.. Rich and dirty amber, med head. Smells..peach/stone fruits, piney & resinous lupulin, some caramel. Tastes.. Big and fruity, resinous, piney, rich caramel malts, solid bitterness. Really enjoyed this, definitely buying again if I see it.

500ml bottle. Pours a slightly hazy medium gold, with a small off-white head, which lasts fairly well but does not leave much lacing. Tropical hops aromas of melon, mango and passionfruit mix with caramel malt. Razor sharp passionfruit and melon hops up front give way to caramel malt in the mid-palate. A touch of white wine leads into mango hops in the finish. This is a nice IPA indeed. I always love a bit of Nelson Sauvin.

UPDATED: JAN 14, 2014 Rich orange colored body, clear, with a short off-white head. Fruit goop nose of maraschino cherries, sugary red apple, burnt shallots, faint game-y dog hair, over-kilned cara malt and nut oils. Medium body, soft and creamy malt texture, medium bitterness and sweetness. It smells very fruity / sugary but it’s not actually that sweet, thankfully. The burnt tropical fruit and grainy smell isn’t all that appealing, and it doesn’t really smell or taste like Nelson Sauvin (more like the peanut smell you get from Chinook). Not a fan of the aroma / flavor but the texture is pretty enjoyable. From bottle.

Great aroma of passionfruit and tropical fruits, with some citrus. Tastes medium bitter, with rushes of passion fruit and some malt. Great showcase of Nelson Sauvin, just like the label says.
