On tap at the brewpub. Pours a a clear amber gold with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount honey with a hint of light fruit and sweet grain with a bit of warming alcohol. Flavor is similar with sweet grains and honey with some sweet light fruits.

On tap: The aroma consists of caramel, toffee, and honey. It?s a dark orangish-brown with a small off-white head that quickly fades to a thin ring around the edges of the glass. The flavor starts with a good dose of brown sugar and and honey. The finish has moderate-heavy candied apple. It?s definitely on the sweet side and is definitely more of an English style Barley Wine. It?s medium bodied with mild carbonation.
