On tap: The aroma consists of caramel, toffee, fruit, citrus, and banana bread. It’s a mostly transparent orangish-brown with a small soapy off-white head. The flavor is very matly with lots of caramel, toffee, and a hint of chocolate. The finish has light-moderate banana bread, some mild citrus hops, and a hint of alcohol. The mild/muted hoppiness comes across as though this has been aged. Medium-full bodied with mild carbonation.
