COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is our lightest colored beer based on an American Blond style. This clean, refreshing beer is made with English malt that gives it a nice bready flavor.

Tap @ Liberty: Amber body, decent clarity with only a mild chill haze slowing it down... Silky, foamy, off-white head recesses to a thin skin in moments. Aroma is very mild, modest, & vague. Musty hops, citrus peel, faint lemon zest, & moderate yeast notes. Taste has a nice banana Laffy Taffy flavor with an undercurrent of residual-like sugary sweetness. Bread, yeast, & bubblegum flavors burst out, slightly reminiscent of Big League Chew. Tastes like Belgian yeast is used, thought I donít believe it is? Mild kitchen spices & sweet banana-y esters in the finish. Thin, wet, somewhat crisp body. Flavor is far superior to the aroma, which is a little too laid back & mild, even for a blonde. Still, a decent, easy-drinking ale from Liberty.

Pailhead (4413) - Brownstown, Michigan, USA - OCT 29, 2010
UPDATED: OCT 30, 2010 On tap: The aroma consists of honey, apple, and surprisingly a touch of spice. Itís a transparent gold with a small white head that fades to a thin fin outlined by a slightly thicker ring around the edges of the glass. The flavor starts with light honey and fruit. The finish has herbal notes as well as a touch of orange peel and very faint sour citrus notes. Light bodied with light carbonation.
