UPDATED: MAY 25, 2012 On tap: The aroma is basically pale lager and lime. It’s a transparent gold with a small white head that leaves a nice thin sheets of lacing behind. The flavor starts with a very quick dose of faint honey and grass. The finish is all light-moderate lime. It’s light bodied with slightly fizzy carbonation. Overall, it’s certainly not my thing, but this could certainly be refreshing on a hot day. I would say the brewer probably nailed what he was going for 100% when creating this Cinco de Mayo beer.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a light golden with a white head. Smells of cheese. Flavor is, I guess, lime and pale lager flavor, but it comes across again as cheese or foot. I wasn’t expecting this to be very good, but I’m sorry to say, this is not good at all.
