COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Pumpkin pie. No, really, it tastes just like pumpkin pie. This is our fall/winter seasonal beer that is on tap from September through February.

deyholla (3533) - Waukesha, USA - OCT 18, 2010
Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Poured a clear deep orange gold with an off white head that dissipated to the edges. Aroma was full of pumpkin and spices with a bit of an odd apple note. Flavor was similar with a creamy pumpkin note and lots o spices. The spices were a bit overwhelming. The beer did have a nice creaminess to it that made it feel like you were actually drinking pumpkin pie.

On tap at brewpub. Pours clear golden orange with white head. Aromas of pumpkin spice, clove, caramel malts. Flavors of cinnamon, clove, pumpkin spices. Nice carbonation and mouthfeel. Not bad for the style.

flatmatt (776) - Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA - NOV 5, 2010
On tap at the brewery. Pours amber with a white head. Aroma is sweet with spices like cinnamon and a fruity cherry background. Flavor has lots of spices: nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, and anise; with cherry or strawberry, dark fruits, and touches of alcohol. Very nicely done.

   AROMA 7/10   APPEARANCE 4/5   TASTE 6/10   PALATE 4/5   OVERALL 12/20
Pailhead (3449) - Plymouth, Michigan, USA - OCT 15, 2010
On tap: The aroma consists of ginger, nutmeg, clove, and cinnamon. It pours a transparent amber with a small off-white head that quickly fades to a thin ring around the edges of the glass and leaves behind minimal lacing. The flavor starts lightly sweet with some hints of pumpkin. The finish has notes of nutmeg, ginger, and cinnamon. There is some light diacetyl/butterscotch too. Light-medium bodied with mild carbonation.
