Verre de 16 oz, d’un fût chez Hishigo Zake. Arômes invitants de houblon à la fois floral, fruité et épicé. Robe blonde et trouble, belle petite mousse qui tient bien et effervescence moyenne. En bouche, le malt de base montre un caractère assez céréalier et est accompagné d’un houblon fruité (poires) et épicé (gingembre ?). Finale relativement douce. Une belle bière blonde, qui démontre efficacement le caractère de ce houblon.
