Pink hue with a fizzy white head. Tart cherry skins, grains and mild funk. Nice surprise

Draft @ Hickory Hops 2011, Hickory, NC. Pours a slightly hazy ruby red color with a small white head. Has a fruity funky tart cherry aroma. Fruity sour tart cherry flavor. Has a fruity sour tart finish with hints of cherry and funky hints aswell.

Call me unrefined but I just don’t dig the sour ale thing. Liberty’s take pours a headless murky light brownish pink. Aroma shows dark cherry and musty notes. Tart but not puckering. Finish is very dry.

Growler from the Brewmaster at Pre Sex. Pours a hazy ruby red with one finger of off white head. Nose shows some pie cherry and grain with a light acidity. Flavor is tart with some cherry skin and spice. Palate is mildly acidic with some sweetness.
