Bottle: some yeast but not too dominant, banana and bubblegum sweetness, a bit of clove, some wet wood, some wheat and toasted bread, some weak cirtus notes, medium bodied, short finish, nice beer overall.

I’ve got this as "Weisse" at 5.7%. Hazy dull tan-amber. Soft florals and hints of huskiness on the nose. Soft body with very low carbonation for the style. Sweetish with understated phenols.

Beershine (4757) - The Sunshine State, Florida, USA - JUN 14, 2011
Hazy dark gold. Thick stable head. Aroma is nicely spiced, aromatic. Fruity, banana pie. Soft palate. A bit too yeasty. I’d prefer to taste more wheat malt. Has a good fruitiness though. Highly drinkable. Banana and ripe fruits in both aromas and flavors. Not refined or sophisticated but very thirst quenching.

tomer (973) - Rishon Le Zion, ISRAEL - JUL 5, 2010
0.33L bottle, medium stable off white head, murky dark orange colour, aroma of spice , citrus, bubblegum and dirt, quite dry with notes of bubblegum, spice and a strong almondy bitterness which dominates the finish and is quite unpleasant. Not the best of weizens.

330ml. bottle. 5.7% ABV. Poured into a 330ml. Weihenstephan glass. A notch less cloudy than the average weissbier, with a nice head that disappeared relatively quickly. Light aroma of wheat and yeast, with little hints of sweet fruityness. Rich taste, with dominant banana and some clove, with a little bubblegum. Nice body, creamy texture, medium pleasant finish. A decent weizen and true to style.

DSG (3017) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - AUG 24, 2008
Bottle. Hazy golden with a small and quickly-diminishing white head. Aroma has a bit of yeast, some wheat fruitiness (banana, a bit of citrus) and some spiciness. Sweetish wheaty flavor with some banana, a bit of clove and a drier spicy finish. Medium-bodied. Not great, but still an OK and quite drinkable example of the style.
