muzzlehatch (4429), Burlington, USA Sep 15, 2006 5 oz draught sample at the brewpub, late July 2006. Dark clear amber with a lasting smooth off-white head and nice thick lacing....citric-acidic aroma with touches of peach and aromatic weeds....clean, smooth and quaffable, fairly dry and bitter towards the finish....nothing terribly special but a nice easy-drinker with some guts. awaisanen (1187), Irvine, California, USA Jul 8, 2006 On tap at the brewpub. Light amber colored pour with a thin white head. Slightly sweet and citrus hop aromas of light brown sugar, clover flowers and mild grapefruit. Medium, robustly sparkling body that is pleasantly hopped and mildly bitter from the cascade hops. A nice pleasant caramel maltiness rounds out the finish. redlem (1111), Illinois, USA Jun 16, 2006 Yes copper color, small head. Cascade aroma with a sweat caramel malt background. Well balanced beer with just enough hops to off-set the malts. I think this was my favorite of the ones I tried. CharlesDarwin (1442), State College, Pennsylvania, USA Mar 23, 2005 Clear dark tan amber pour with great off white head. No aroma (light fruit). Great hops on the front of the brew. Floral, grapefruit and citrus. Cascade hops dominate the flavors, but it’s very much appreciated. Malts even out the back end for a smooth drinkable finish.
