This is just a typical APA, average all the way around. A textbook example of how to make a boring beer. Floral citrus hop nose, with a balancing sweet pale malt backbone. Very light and subdued.

Draught. Pours pale gold with a foamy white head and lined lacing. Fruit citrus hop and sour malt (straw) aromas. Bitter acidic citrus rind hop sour malt flavor. Light bodied and spicy palate.

Clear and golden in color. Light and somewhat watery body. Light malts (grains, sweet cereal). Nice aromas of flowers, but much too subdued. Balancing bitterness, relatively speaking, of course. No offensive flavors or aromas, but no excitement either. Being too easy to drink would be it’s biggest positive, I suppose.
