330ml bottle from Jumbo Costanera Center. Pours a hazy, unfiltered yellow color with a medium white creamy head that diminishes surprisingly quickly but leaves a good lacing. Aroma is grainy and bready with some veggie notes. Cardboard is very present and there are also notes of dough, biscuit, honey-ish touches and some straw. Taste is softly bitter but delves into the metallic side. Faint lemony and grassy flavors come clearly to the fore, but disappear quickly. I didn’t like the aftertaste much. It’s too metallic. Oxidized. High effervescence. Light body but somewhat rough. A bit of a mess.

Hazy straw color with a small white head. Aroma is quite vegetable cooked, notes of corn a slightly malty. Flavor is sweet and light bitter, hints of fruits like pine and slightly buttery. Average carbonation, light to medium body and sticky texture. Good for the summer.

Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma has bread crust, some chamomile and other flowers and a nice honey/lemon mix. Taste starts slightly sweet with bready malts and honey but gets balanced in the finish by some hops and aromatic herbs. Medium body with soft carbonation, really easy to drink. Had this after brunch and it fit very well.

Bottle best by March 2016, consumed in Nov. 2015: Hazy pale golden. Creamy, natural-looking white foam. Severely defective nose of canned oranges, DMS, metal, wet hay, vitamin B, oxidation and wax. Lemony, floral hop suggestions. Soft carbonation. Quite limp, with wet hay and lifeless papery malt joining soured fruit. Very empty, no malt texture worth noting. Hops do generate a bright lemony zing and floral softness, which provides a welcome, if short lived, respite from the numerous flaws. Dull and empty finish reveals damp hay and dusty yeast with hints of DMS. A fraudulent product to scroll right past.
