11.2oz bottle in a shaker. Pours golden with a thick, white head. Aroma of light bread malts, some light fruits and light malts. Flavor decent, but not very crisp like others of this style. Average texture. An alright beer.

330 ml bottle. Pours a pale clear gold with a nice white head. Mild aroma of malt and hops. Somewhat sweet with a touch of bitterness. Finishes dry. Average, but OK.

Got a case of this for only 13.99, perhaps the cheapest German Import out there. Imported by Bitburger. 11.2 oz bottle, best by: December 28 09. A nice brown bottle pilsener, the way it should be. Pours into my Veltins glass with a very deep yellow/gold. Beautiful bubblage, and a nice mountainous white head. Leaves a lot of lacing. Scent is textbook pils, the nice hop aroma is finely balanced with the bread-crusty malts. It is a lot heavier on the mouthfeel than most pils and has an abundance of malts in the flavor. The hops are very earthy with a slight kiss of bitterness at the end. Not bad and a steal for the price point. This is a solid pils and at the price you can’t really go wrong with a German beer, the ultimate party pilsener, make your self look good with a case or two of rare German pils at your next party. Name changed to Licher Lager Premium. Pours an extremely pale yellow with a nice bright white foamy head. Skunky aroma with a sharp taste that is bitter and has a dry aftertaste.

Draft@Germany. Golden beer with a light head. The aroma is lightly hopped, and the flavour is lightly but plainly dry. Overall an average plain German pilsner.

UPDATED: NOV 4, 2010 Pours clear golden with huge white fluffy head leaving som lacing. Aroma is malty, slightly sweet, hay and hops. Acidy crisp mouthfeel. Flavour is sweet malty, fruity and hops with herbal notes. Lean sour on palate. Finishes very dry and with long lived very bitter aftertaste. Great pilsner.

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond medium-sized foamy head. Sweaty and grassy hoppy nose with a slightly perfumed malty background. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft if not flat carbonation. Doughy and slightly perfumed malty base with skunky and slightly grassy hops; slightly sticky malty and grassy, again sweaty hoppy finish. A drain pour; because (or despite) its own character even worse than Warsteiner. 17.X.10

Another good pils here in Frankfurt. Poured with an impressive white, foamy, frothy, thick head that lasts a while and good lacing. Aroma is fresh beer, malt, grain, hop. Taste is similar, however in this one the malt sweetness comes out a tad more. Body is a little soft and carbonation is good. Finish is like flavor, but starts out sweet, goes bitter, and then slowly back to a fading bitter. Session beer.

A tratti interessante, soprattutto l’aroma, erbaceo e luppolato. Qualcosa al palato stona ma è tutto sommato una birra discreta e bevibile.

UPDATED: APR 21, 2010 Clear golden with a medium white rather rough head. The aroma was malty with hints of grassy hops. Flavour was clean with malty, grassy hops and caramel notes. Finished bone dry and with serious bitterness for a German Pilsener.
