Ótimo aroma, turva como toda weiss porém achei o corpo com álcool ligeiramente em excesso.

500ml bottle as “Licher Weizen Hefe-Weizen” bought at Cheers in Yuen Long.

Cloudy hazy straw light golden honey colour with a thin trace of yeast sediments; Two finger head with crumpety white foam which last for 3 minutes; Excellent sticky lacing and fizzy carbonation; Very fragment aroma of moderate malt, with strong wheat, very strong tartness, banana, vanilla, strong caramel, sugar, strong cloves, spices, strong yeast, lemon and light grass; Mid to light sweet taste of moderate malt, with strong wheat, tartness, banana, caramel, very light molasses, light phenolic, ligth cloves, spices, strong yeast, light lemon and light bitter grassy hops; Close to medium body. Creamy palate; Mouth feel is pretty rich maltyness in a very smooth background. Strong wheat presence but not as tart as the aroma suggests. Good banana, very creamy but rather weak clove and spicy ester. Quite okay… Hoppiness is lemon and light grassy in nose and weaker in taste; Bitterness is very low-fi for a mostly wheaty finish; Fairly dry after taste. Very smooth and quite easy to mouth.

Comments: This one has pretty impressive wheaty tart aroma, but ester-wise it’s rather weak in taste and not outstanding. Easy drinking is the order of the day. One of the crowd but I like its creaminess, though.

BOTTLE 50 CL. Cloudy orange, huge off-white head. Classic aroma of banana, yeast, a hint o clove and some lactic/yogurty tartness. The taste has the same classic notes, but also a strong dusty grain overlay and some stale malts. Mediocre.

Botella. Color ámbar dorado. Muy bonita. Ligeramente turbia. Bien de espuma. Agradable aroma mezcla entre plátano y naranja. En boca resulta muy bebible y refrescante. Toques afrutados con algo de albaricoque. Final tirando a dulce. Está bien

500 mL bottle poured at the resort in the Dominican. I tried so many different beers down there and I’m still finding random ratings on napkins and hotel stationary throughout my house. Guessing whether I entered the rating or not has become a fun game, and results in a rating like this one 3 months later. Pours a fizzy golden yllow with a thick foam head. Big wheaty sweet aroma. Sugary. Flavor is bitter, wheat and a mild orange fruit. Refreshing beer, but nothing that stood out to me.
