Bottled from Aldi. Really flavoursome. Banana to the fore and extremely fruity. Cloves are pretty strong too. A wee hidden gem. Creamy and lovely.

A cloudy, orange gold coloured beer with a thick, frothy white head. A typical wheat beer aroma of cereal and tropical fruit, bananas and mangoes in particular, then spicy, but also a little musty. The taste is dry and wonderfully fruity, bananas and mangoes, with a yeasty yoghurty flavour finish with a clove spiciness. (Bottle - courtesy of Mark & Marie @ The Fox & Hounds, Heacham, Norfolk - P.S. where we shall soon have it on draught!!!)

Amazing aroma of fruits, mostly apple and a deep, dark, cloudy (no surprise there) color. Tight white head with moderate carbonation. Flavor is sweet and familiar, and it goes down VERY smoothly. One of my favorites, right here.

Tap & .5L bottle Marburg, Germany- Great, flowery/sweet aroma. Very structured, yet controllable, head (from tap and bottle). Thick, creamy, sweet/banana taste. Hearty, yeasty, yet very drinkable.

Bottle (decided I had to rate a Hefe for German beer #500 and Wheat beer #300). Ripe banana, lemon and wheat malt aroma. Cloudy orange-yellow color with a nice big head. Tart lemon/orange with a strong wheat malt flavor. A very good Hefe - seemed to hold up better than most German Hefes that are imported to the US.
