From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy dark brown / amber. Roasted malty and solid pine hops. Bitter, light greasy. Toasted malty and caramelish sweet. Faint aromatic hops profile. Bitter, toasted malty and slight herbal. Dry and bitter finish.

300ml vom fass at the brewpub, Off-white tophead, cloudy amber coloued body, good amount of lacing. Sweet oily hops to the nose. Taste of pineapples mixed with sweet, caramel malts. Weak dry, bitter ending. Creamy in the mouth. A bit unusual, but interesting version of an IPA (Wien, 27.07.2012).

Tap @ Brewpub, Vienna. Day 1 RBESG 2012. Pours cloudy amber with a creamy head. Nose is mega yeasty and sweet orange. Dry and lightly hopped flavor with heavy DMS and orange. Medium bodied.

Draught: Hoppy and malty nose. Creamy off-white head, amber color. Malty, sweetish flavor with intensive sugar and candy notes. Hoppy but not very intensive. Light bitter finish. Not a real IPA but Nice.

RBESG 2012 - Day 1. Cloudy orange with a small off-white head. Herbal hoppy aroma with yeast, grainy malt and DMS. A bit muddy flavour with yeast, grassy and herbal hops and bready malt. Sweet with a rather mild bitterness.

19/07 On tap at the brewpub. It poured nice hazy yellow to copper body with a big head. Fine fruity citrus, especially orange aroma. Slightly sweet flavor, interesting orange fruitiness with bread, honey and some grainy malts. Similar to their helles in a way, obviously the malts used are the same. Medium bodied with decent, long finish that showed some real herbal hops. A refreshing summer brew, although not really a true IPA.

Tap @ brewery during RBESG 2012. Cloudy dark orange appearance wit ha cream colored head. Herbal, orange citrusy, a bit woody, chewy aroma. A bit tangy, orange/grapefruit, herbal bitter flavor. Not bad.

RBESG ’12, Vienna. On tap at the brewpub. Hazy light amber orange colour, creamy dense white head, looks very good in the serving glass. Aroma of oranges, grassy and earthy hops, light sweet caramel, fruity, light spicy. Flavour is earthy, fruity, liquorice root powder, light malty, earthy bitter finish. Nice, although not really an IPA. Light to medium bodied.

(draught) pours a murky deep amber colour with a frothy off-white head. aroma of straciatella yoghurt, herbal hops and earth, with notes of banana, pineapple and passion fruit. flavour is mostly the same, herbal and spicy hops, with notes of caramel, dandelions and pale malts, not too sweet. medium-bodied with average carbonation.
