Bottled. Clear nut brown, minimal head. Mid-sweet with clean, hard mouthfeel. Metallic and sharp. No bitterness. Aggressive and pointless, hard to drink.

0.5 l bottle, thanks Timo A! Reddish brown color. Aromas of nuts, malt husks and raisiny caramel. Toasty, nutty and toffeish flavor. Sweet with low bitterness. Good nutty malt character but could have more bitterness for a balance.

Bottle at DSG 2011. Pale amber colour with a beige head. Aroma is malt, caramel, hay. Flavour isdry, malt, caramel, hay, fruit. Medium body. Ordinary beer.

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, Ulfborg 2011. Brown/amber with a lrage froathy brown head. Sweet malty aroma and taste, caramel and soem roasted notes.

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Deep amber colour, mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is wood, mild spruce sweet malts and some slight toasted notes as well. Flavour is wood, resin, mild spruce, some sap as well as sweet malts and some slight toasted notes as well. Pretty much a perfect Dunkel in my book.

Clear medium amber colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, burnt brown sugar - caramel. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, malt extract, malty, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110820]

Amber with a small white head. Malty aroma with a bit of caramel, apple peel. Sweetish malty flavour with some toffee and a dusty note.

Swing top botella. Clear amber brown colour. Caramel malty sweet like aroma. Good mouthfeel. Pleasant dark malty roasty aramel flavour with a good bitterness.

Bottle. A clear, dark amber colored beer with a small, beige head. Toffee and a touch of butterscotch on the nose, some fruityness. Dry on the palate, with toffee, some butterscotch and some bitterness. A little touch of dried fruits too. Medium body. A decent beer, but a bit one dimensional. 110820

Bottle @ FOneFan. Dark amber/brown with small tan head. Flavour is malt, caramel, little chocolate, little metallic, sweet, fruit, hops and a little bitter.
