0.5 l bottle, thanks Timo A! Very hazy milky yellow appearance. Sweet, tart and spicy aroma with clove, overripe banana and acidic apple. Grainy and clovey flavor with balance of sweetness and tartness. Full body, slightly yeasty palate.

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Hazy orange colour, small white foamy head that leaves some lace. Aroma is wheat, yeast and some quite citrusy notes as well. Flavour is wheat, yeast, some maltyness as well as mild citrusy notes. Mild toffeeish notes in the finish.

Hefig und säuerlich in der Nase. Hefewürziger Antrunk. Im weiteren Verlauf würzig-säuerlich. Säuerlich-trocken und unspektakuär bitter ablaufend.

Ziemlich süßer Antrunk, in dem die Hefigkeit übertrieben ist. Nur wenig herb. Die Süße wird zum Mittelteil angenehmer, in diesem Moment werden bananige Noten freigelegt, die vorher unter der Süße versteckt waren. Dennoch ist das Bier noch zu süß. Etwas pappiger Abgang, die stärker gewordene Herbe passt nicht zur Süße. 11/6/6/5/8/6

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy to cloudy yellow with a collapsing white head. Spiced and wheaty dry aroma. Initial flavour is mild wheaty yet without any classic ester notes. Mild sweet to dry into the finish. Mild acidic and light fruity finish.

UPDATED: SEP 26, 2008 Bottled. Hazy golden, faint head. Papery orangey nose. Sweet and soapy with light-medium body. Some wheat crackers but destroyed by a combination of lacking of pleasant flavours and massive amounts of cardboard.

Compact and voluminous head, discreet resistance. Dark yellow color tending to the orange; hazy and decidedly fizz. Fresh and acidulous scent with notes of lemon, banana, cereals and wine cellar. Lightly sour taste, bitter and alcohol much modest on the end.
