Hazy yellow, white blanketing head. Bready sourdough aroma and straw malt aroma. Medium to light bodied, straw malt base, herbal bitter hop counterpoint, minerally finish. Quenching, but a bit too lightfooted i think.

(swing top bottle) Slightly hazy pale golden colour with a rocky foamy white head with lace. Slightly sweet malty and honeyish aroma with spicy yeasts and herbal hops. Bittersweet flavour, light to medium body, smooth but not flat carbonation. Moderately sweet malty and yeasty taste; medium dry malty, light to medium bitter and aromatic hoppy, slightly spicy finish. A bit slim but well quaffable crafted Pils.

Swing-top bottle: Hazy, pale golden, big fluffy white head, quite stable head; noble aromatic hops in the nose with faint traces of yeast; moderate bitter-sweet, a little bit tart flavour, light bodied; lingering floral bitterness in the slightly sweetish finish. This is a r e a l Premium Pils !
