Bernsteinfarbenes Weissbier, stark im Geschmack Trotzdem sehr süffig mit viel Kohlensäure. Einfach ein Göttliches Getränk.

Yeasty vanilla nose, roasted nutty notes as well. Cloudy golden chestnut coloration, lowish lacing head. Vanilla tastenotes slightly citric and with caramel nutty notes. A nice distinct flavor that makes this a interresting dunkelweisse. Roasted aftertaste Medium to light body. Sparkly.

Beautiful deep amber color. Peculiar aroma: caramel and wood. The body is quite weak, a bit dryer than usual, with poor malt and some caramel. Lightly sour: probably a problem during the fermentation…
