UPDATED: MAY 15, 2016 Decent stout, but nothing to write home about. Not sure why they categorize this as a dry stout. One of the craft beers carried standard by Coop grocery stores in Switzerland.

Eye: pours a dark brown murky color with a medium thick quickly dissipating beige head and little carbonation. Nose: mocca, roasted nuts, coffee and cocoa, toast and pumpernickel Mouth: dark chocolate, a bit metallic, creamy texture Palate: coffee, mocca, burned or roasted nuts, a hint of salty licorice, dark chocolate, soy milk Overall: very nice stout, quite surprised actually

Aromas of coffee, chalk and leather. Pours dark opaque brown with a tight-bubbled medium tan head. lots of lacing. Thin malty flavor, slightly acidic for a stout. Medium to fizzy carbonation. Nothing distinct in the finish.Doesn’t really do it for me.

Bottled 33cl. Purchased in coop Baden. Reminiscence of burnt match, filter coffee, fudge and chocolate througout. Medium bodied. Decent bitterness. Good malt profile. Sourish. Dryish finish. Deeply pleasant.

0,33l bottle at home from trade with SinH4, big thanks. black color, small coffee-colored head. smells of coffee, licorice, light ash, light peat even, also the aroma has a light touch that reminds me of plastic / artificial, earthy, overall I like the smell. medium body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes strongly of licorice, earthy, caramel, some herbal bitterness, a bit sourish even, light cocao powder, some bitter chocolate. finishes quite dry with notes of licorice, some earthy notes and light caramel. Not overly complex but still drinks quite good. Would drink again.

Dark brown color with just a bit of light brown foam. Aroma has some dusty dark malts and a bit of chocolate. Taste is roasty with a bit of chocolate and coffee but mainly it’s just roasted malt. Body is on the light side with medium carbonation. Overall it’s a pretty boring beer.

A way to high carbonation unfortunately destroyed this one.
Black color with a big frothy beige head. Ok intensity in the aroma. Medium body and to rich carbonation. Ok balance between sweetness and bitterness. Chocolate, roasted, toffee and coffee in the flavor.
[Bottle from a trade with McTapps]
