COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Pours out of the bottle in a cloudy golden-amber colour with low creamy head and medium to thin body. Aroma of yeast and bananas. Taste of overloaded yeast, wheat, bread, caramel and brown bananas. Not really nice and enjoyable.

Poured a cloudy golden with a frothy off white head. Aroma of sweet alcohol soaked grain. Medium to light body, flavour is muted banana with very little aftertaste.

Idiosynkrasie (3636) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - JUL 6, 2013
500ml bottle. Hazy golden colour with average, frothy, white head. Wheat malty aroma, hints of banana, a spicy yeasty touch with some slightly unpleasant off-flavours. Taste is minimally tart, yeasty, a touch of husk, almost nothing left from the banana aroma; prickling carbonation. Just OK.

What can I say, it is a weizen. Hammy, cloudy, some banana and a creamy palate. Bottle from the Denner supermarket in Triesenberg.

W smaku coś pomiędzy niemieckim Weisse, a belgijskim witt.
