UPDATED: APR 25, 2008 Bottled, thanks Bov! Cloudy golden, average head. Fruity nose with just a touch of banana and some glue. Sweet and medium bodied. Mushy and fruity, sort of of in the sloppy Erdinger way. A bit immature and dull despite notes of vanilla. Esters are a bit too careful, and on the whole it gets more bold than refreshing.

Clear gold with white head.
Scent is yeasty, atouch of lemon.
Banana taste, spice and clove.
A little dusty aspect to it, soft and wheaty.
Matbe a bit out of date.

Bottle, Honey, funky yeasty fruity aroma. Golden with a large white head, Banana, wheat malt, and light spice flavor. Light carbonated body.

0.5 l bottle, thanks hanniku! Hazy yellow brown color. Sweetish very clovey aroma. Bready, clovey and peppery taste with some overripe banana and grapefruit. Some minerals in finish. Medium body. OK weizen.

Bottle by 05.12. Scummy wheat malt nose with a good banana-clove balance. Nebulous yellow-golden with a rocky white head. Thin body with a sharp attack and abundant carbonation, dryish wheat evolving to a dryer and bitter graininess, light fruit and thin esters at the front. Not thrilling me with purity, either.

150212: @ DØE Århus Syd tasting. Hazy yellow color with small white head. Slightly tart banana flavor. Good hefeweizen but with sharp aftertaste. lacks of fullness.

Bottle @ Døe meeting. Pours slightly hazy lightgolden with a fading white head. Aroma of wheat, yeast, banana, sweets. Taste is wheat, yeast, banana, sugar. Thin body, lively carbonation. 150212

Pours yellow orange cloudy with white head. Aromas banana, orange some yeast. Palate is tart smooth carbonated with medium body, and little watery finish. Aftertaste is fruity, decent with slight dryness. An average drinkable Weizen.

[ BBF 1010 ]. Clear medium amber yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, cereal, wheat, moderate yeasty. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, wood, yeasty, oxidie notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20111031]
