Papsoe (25089) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - NOV 23, 2006
(Bottle 33 cl) Beautiful, clear, reddish brown with a dense, beige head. Aroma of roasted malt and dried fruits. Medium body with sweet, roasted malt and some vinous notes with dried fruit. A light, metallic edge. Very soft finish with a rather subdued bitterness. But a harmonious and not overly sweet Dubbel. 211106

Dedollewaitor (13769) - Odense, DENMARK - SEP 16, 2007
Clear amber/brown with a creamy off white head. Malty aroma - caramel, dark fruits & berries. Lovely. Smooth carbonation - Ok filling body. Good lacings. Taste is light sweet - toffee, metallic/earthy & brown sugar. Easy drinkable & also enjoyable but a bit too anonymous in a way! Also too sweet - no signs of bitter hops!

MiP (13535) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - MAR 23, 2007
Bottle, 6.5%. Sweet dusty aroma. Very dark brown colour. Big stable light brown head. Dusty flavour with a little brown sugar and sweet malts. The dustiness and sweetness go well together.

TBone (12477) - Pori, FINLAND - JUN 16, 2006
Bottled, alc. 6.5%. Dark brown, not much head. Fruity, sweetish aroma, prunes dominate. Fruity, but metallic flavor, quite "bulk dubbel" feeling here. Aftertaste is also quite metallic. Misses yeast twist there (none in the bottom).
