Bottle (375ml). Thanks for the trade, Iguenard. Poured deep hazy ruby with a large lasting foamy-creamy apricot-tinged beige head. Aroma of fresh ripe raspberries, sweet raspberry pie, and yeast. Very pleasant flavour of ripe raspberries, off-dry white wine, enough yeasty tartness to prevent it from being cloyingly sweet. Slight acidic, nicely carbonated and very sticky, slgihtly thin bodied mouthfeel - my wife and I drank this on tap on a lovely patio in Bruges more than 5 years ago, this really takes me back - now I have to give her the rest of the glass to drink :-[

On draught at Delirium Café. Dark red in colour. Pink bubbly head. Raspberry nose, no sign of flemish. Sparkling mouthfeel. Flavour is sorbet raspberry and a bit earthy.

Bottle, paper wrapped. Deep thin Red, medium bubbly pink head. Neat musty lambic aroma with raspberry in the background - nice that they smell real, fresh and are not overpowering. Medium bubbly creamy mouthfeel. Decent taste of real raspberries. A little sour, and some raspberry seed like notes in the taste as well. Looking for a little more flavourful, otherwise balanced, accessible and a solid fruit lambic type style ale.
