Muddy red/almost purple, with huge white head, made of tiny bubbles, very carbonated. Initially wasn’t that strong of an aroma, but as it warms becomes very sweet raspberry, only slightly tart. Not mouth puckering at all. Flavor mch the same, very sweet but fades towards tartness, slightly puckering in the finish. Only slightly dry in the finish. Not the greatest flemish, but very well done.

On tap at Town Hall: Muddy red color with a thin head. Dark fruit aroma with some malt and wood overtones. Wonderfully sour berry taste, though it struck me as more of a cherry than raspberry. Some definite hint of oak on the finish. This really reminded me of New Glarus Belgian Red.

Delicious raspberry aroma, light and fruity flavour which achieves a nice balance and full taste. I’ve had this in both bottle and on tap - bottled, it has a slightly more sour aftertaste, and a darker red colour. The tap version has a very lush mouthfeel, and is a very satisfying drink.

Reddish nut-brown color with a slowly diminishing creamy head. Smells a touch sour, but mostly raspberry dominates. Nice, ripe, well-balanced raspberry flavor - not too acidic and not too sweet. The finish is fairly quick, but leaves a light honey residue. Very nice, overall. This beer doesn’t overdue the raspberries and maintains a good "fresh fruit" feel.

Bottle. Smells seriously sour and strong. The flavor, however, is much more balanced, provifing a good mix of raspberry fruit, sweetness, tanginess, and a hint of sourness. Gives it the feel of a fresh raspberry torte. Fun festive packaging. Good beer character and a lot of raspberry. A full, organic feeling reddish brown murk crowned with tones of fun lacing. A perfect dessert. I love raspberries.

Hazy red body with a raspberry and sweet fruity aroma. Tart yet sweet, aftertaste is tart with lots of raspberries of course and some mineral. A very nice easy drinker.

(750 ml bottle, best before end of "2.005") Pours fairly cloudy dark reddish-amber. Small tight slightly pinkish biscuit head holds firm. Aroma of raspberries. Very nice lacing. Mouthfeel silky smooth. Intense but not overdone raspberry flavor, also a little honeyish. Raspberry more concentrated at bottom of bottle. Certainly not an expert on this style but this one got me excited. Great.
