Bottle. Dull purple beer with a nicely sweet strawberry aroma and a refreshing fruity and slightly sour/bitter flavour. Overall a very pleasant beer.

Bottle. Pours red-brown with a poorly lasting head. Aromas of raspberries and citric sourness. The taste is sweet and sour; fruitiness and a burning acidity struggling back and forth until the acidity gets the dominance at the end. A good but a bit unbalanced beer.

2003 bottle. Aroma is raspberry and chocolate. Look is a clowded brown with a small layer of head. Flavor is really nice malt and raspberry, light acidicy and a soft palate.

Dark red colour with a small gray-orange head. A almost perfect balance between sweet and sour. The taste is never artificial. A good beer. (Corked bottle 37.5cl)

Burgundy red with rosée bubble big head. In aroma, fresh raspberry with light acidity and wooden notes. Good balance of fruity and acid, light and refreshing. Bottle from Belgium, courtesy of Dumdum.

Flavor was a pretty mild raspberry, but The last raspberry beer I had was New Glaus Raspberry tart, so that could effect my rating, I enjoyed this one on a hot summer day, so it was quite refreshing, but not overpowering, This was a 2002 bottle, refridgerated since at a+j Liqour, maybe its affected the flavor, but I still enjoyed it.

On tap at Le sergent recruteur, copper-red hue, with a soft pinkish foamy head, with a sweet rapsberry aroma follws through on a medium-bodied very sweet and tart rapsberry palate, fruity raspberry flavors are dominating, soft tartness, with a good acidity in a sweet raspberry finish. A very good summer beer.

highly impressed from this breary, my gf loves this stuff and the cherry is her fav behind rochefort. but this is well up there i cant deny im not a fan of fruit beers but thiss is really fuckin good. all u want though not as much body as the cherry......lovly...
