Dec 11, 2004 Red and purple w/ brown hues. Lasting head and slight lacing. The nose was nothing but raspberries! The mouth had soury fermented fruit, raspberries, and vinious. Major effervescence and tart. Light bodied.

Dec 6, 2004 Heavy oak, and rasberries. Body is a foogy brown with a thin dissapating offwhite head. Light caramel sweetness with rasberries.

Dec 2, 2004 Bottled Oct 2003/ BBd 2012(!) Dirty dark brown with reddish shine; dirty cream coloured, moussy head. Heavily perfumed fruitnose, with raspberry jam connotations. Part natural sugared fruit, part bathroom pearls. Nearly tart, surprisingly dry, very moderately sweet beer, fruitiness not very outspoken. Soft lactic & citric acid at tonguesides, more MF than taste. Much better than expected. But there remains a revolting perfumey thread running through it all the way. Quite dry, well-bodied, nearly creamy, a fruitbeer from Oudenaarde worthy. If they could cleanse this beer from the artificial womens’-magazine-perfumey-waxcandle taint, ’t would be quite good. As such, it isn’t.

Nov 7, 2004 Reddish brown color with a medium tan head. Pure raspberry aroma. Nice tart raspberry flavor, not too sweet, with a little lemon and wood. Slightly dry finish. Very enjoyable!

Nov 3, 2004 I’m a big raspberry freak, so I dig this luscious sweet and sour raspberry aroma that drifts across the room. Gorgeous nose. Beautiful dark garnet ruby color that has some duskiness to it with a huge light tan head. Beautiful. Sweet fruity raspberries to start with an ever so slight malty chocolate note in the middle before turning slightly sour and astringent to finish. Nutty, woodsy aftertastes. I thoroughly enjoy this stuff. 2003 bottle.

Oct 31, 2004 Big, fat raspberry nose; dark rudy-brown color with a low tight head. Juice-like body then a citrusy puckering effect, though not very sour. One dimensioanl, really, but refreshing. Reminded me of Queque Chose a little.
