Very dry, champagne like finish...the description is very accurate in the sense that it resembles champagne...but almost too much IMO ericnixon (719), Northampton, Massachusetts, USA

Smell is full of raspberries and just a slight hint of some funky sour notes. Taste is sweet and not overly sour. Heavy on the raspberries. Pretty good stuff really, much better at colder temperatures though. Still, not bad. Jeppe (2638), Ølbutikken, Denmark

Sweet and sour raspberry aroma - thick and syrupy. Flavor is sweet at first but ends in a nice sourish biding finish. Very flavorfull and fresh with plenty of raspberry. nickchalk (229), Toronto, Ontario, Canada
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Dec 13, 2003 Brown beer, some red haziness, small off-white head. Big kick of sweet raspberries at first, but they make way for their sour aspect quickly. Flavour is sour, sweet. The raspberries are not overwhelming which was a concern. Undertones of yeast, cinnamon, nutmeg. Light carbonation. Very nice. Bottle. TomDecapolis (3222), Skippack, Pennsylvania, USA
